Mark Moonan Walbran joined the firm in 1974.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A.,
1971) and Creighton University Law School (J.D., 1974) where he was a member of
the Law Review. His practice areas include personal injury litigation, workers'
compensation, social security, and municipal law. He has served on the Board of
Governors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State
Bar Association and is past president of the Minnesota City Attorney's
Association. He also serves as the City
Attorney for the City of Owatonna.

David K. Furness joined the firm in 1981.
He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota
(B.A., 1975) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 1979). His primary
areas of practice involve representing clients in workers' compensation claims, personal injury claims and social security disability claims. Mr. Furness has successfully represented
workers' compensation clients at the administrative hearing level, Workers'
Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court and assisted
numerous clients in achieving substantial settlements of their claims. He has
also successfully represented social security claimants at the hearing level,
before the Appeals Council, and in the United States District Court.
David
Furness also practices in the areas of wills and
probate. He is a member of the Minnesota
State Bar Association, Minnesota Association of Justice and past President of
the Steele County Bar Association. Mr. Furness' community service includes
being a Board Member of Steele County Transitional Housing (2003-2011);
President Owatonna Soccer Association (1997-2005), Board Member Owatonna Soccer
Association (1997-present); Youth Soccer Coach (1988-present).

Marissa R. Wunderlich joined the firm in 2020. She is a graduate of Bemidji State University (Bachelor of Science - Criminal Justice, 2017) and Mitchell Hamline School of Law (J.D., 2020) While in law school she represented inmates through the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners legal clinic, won the 2019 Rosalie Wahl Moot Court, and served as student liaison to the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Public Law Section Board. She currently serves as Secretary for the Cannon City Community Church.
